I love to work with people from all over the world and it's very important to know they are happy after buying from my handmade shop. I crochet every item with great care and attention to detail  but if there is something you don't like I am happy to replace it or return your money.

All orders must be paid in full before I begin production.

Because I begin production immediately after the payment of your order, I allow a 48-hour window from time of purchase for a full refund. After that time, if you choose to cancel your order, you will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the total purchase price. The non-refundable 50% covers the partial cost of the materials and labor.

Customized items are a final sale after the 48 hour window. Any customized order that has already shipped with-in that 48 hour window is non-refundable.

Items must be returned within 5 days of a return request and must arrive in the same condition in which they were received or they will not be accepted. I will refund the cost of the item only. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. As are any charges incurred by Paypal when I issue the refund.
